Using a fake name, Sienna, they messaged with and lured Cashford to a beach, where they brutally attacked him and even hit him with rocks and a bottle. Cahsford was found lying face down on the beach, suffering multiple injuries, including fractured ribs and a collapsed lung. One of the defendants said he believed he did the right thing when asked about the attack.
