Pleased to achieve planning permission for the redevelopment of The Arcade in Bognor Regis for Arun Council. The scheme creates 35 new apartments via a mix of refurbishment and new build.

Thrilled to achieve listed building consent for the redevelopment of Bank House. One of Altrincham’s iconic landmarks. As well as the architectural design, our team also carried out the planning and heritage work.

Good continuous turn out for the public consultation on our scheme for the redevelopment of the The Arcade in Bognor Regis for Arun Council. The project will safeguard the Edwardian arcade as well as creating 35 new apartments.

We have achieved planning approval for the conversion of the grade 2 listed, former Manchester and Liverpool Bank in Accrington, for Bare Capital. A project that will save an important part of the town. We carried out architectural, planning and heritage services for the scheme.

We’re excited to share we have started work on the grade 2 listed Cannon Street buildings in Accrington for Bare Capital. Built c.1865 in the Italian Gothic style, we are converting the former bank into a residential scheme. Also fulfilling the Heritage Consultant + PD roles.

The RIBA jury are judging the Old School House today, which reminds us of our initial housing design (rather than the built apartments scheme), which we think would have been just as magical 😊

The Old School House has been shortlisted for the 2024 @RIBANorthWest Awards. Judges will visit each shortlisted project before the announcement of all regional award winners in May.
