Their behaviour seems embellished, rediculous, like performance art and projection, with superiority grandstanding, or something. I'm not saying it is fake, but the entire campaign feels synthetic. If it does not feel at least a little bizarre and fabricated to some people--like a tiny bit off, I really wonder how that is possible.

It's been a one party system for a long time. It's the illusion that's breaking down in lockstep with an inability to uphold the traditional ethics that have anchored our values as a nation over time--selfish desire has been elevated above a need for common values by our leaders.
