Asmongold backs up Ukraine allegedly dragging draft dodgers into vans, says he would serve if called up in the US draft "If ur born in the country, u have an obligation to serve that country if the country is under attack and there's a war..there's a draft in America, I'm signed up..it doesn't matter whether u agree with the war..u say nope, but what's the alternative?” "My opinion is not the popular opinion but I think it's the morally correct opinion"

A new bill called the Parents Decide Act was introduced this week. The bill would require operating system companies such as Apple and Google to verify users' real age when they first set up a phone, tablet, or computer in the US. This “would” stop children from lying about their age to bypass restrictions on apps, social media, and AI platforms. A verified age and parental controls would then apply across the entire device. The full bill text has not been released yet.

Natalie Vock, a Valve Linux graphics contractor, has open-sourced kernel patches that use Linux dmem cgroups to protect foreground games. Background apps and overlays now spill to system RAM first instead of evicting the game’s critical VRAM assets. In real testing with Cyberpunk 2077 on high settings, this resulted in stable frame times with zero gradual stutters, keeping around 7.4 GB in fast VRAM. It could make affordable SteamOS gaming far more viable than the specs alone suggest. Valve to make 8 GB enough in 2026 with optimizations like this

BREAKING: Maryland is about to become the first state in the nation to ban the use of surveillance data and dynamic pricing at grocery stores. The Maryland House has just passed the Protection from Predatory Pricing Act. Governor Wes Moore plans to sign the bill.

I own so much old stuff. 1400+ CD's, 1400 + DVD's. All my computers are 2010 - 2016. Probably have 10 + DVD players. 😂😂 I think some of my oldest audio cd's are early 90's. My PS1 is still fine, I play Final Fantasy 1 on it sometimes. My 3 PS2's work fine still. I paid 5 dollars for 2 X PS2s, and 5 dollars for my PS1. You can even get PS3's for next to nothing if you're patient. I have 3 PS3's. PS3 is usually my Bluray/DVD player. Still running all plasma TV's and CRT's.

People really have a warped idea of physical media longevity, especially if they never experienced it. All of my DVDs and Blu-eays work perfect. Even the ones that are more than two decades old. My wife's PSP works just fine, and plays UMDs from 20 years ago. My PSOne and PS2 Slim are both in normal working order, and again play discs that are 20-30 years old. Nothing lasts forever, but it only has to last as long as I can realistically enjoy them to be worth it. It's not like I care if anyone inherits this stuff from me lol

I hate to break it to people my age, but in 30 years your adult kids are going to look at your Funko Pops, Labubus, action figures, and Warhammer 40K collections the same way we look at boomer ceramic angel collections. That shit is going straight to the thrift store when you die.
