@blongwe @tap_chine @RIAnetwork Definitely content does stimulate uptake. The @AfterAccess survey has shown that lack of affordability of devices and services are the main inhibitors of Internet use. Content is rather a second generation problem while affordability is rather an access problem. @RIAnetwork

I credit Rre Masisi for taking us back to the times of Rre Mogae. And he does engage intellectually. Results are normally not instant. The world thought we are okay under SKI, and many donors left because they thought Botswana is fine.
