$CVNT is live: 2mNVZ6aEjrGwiUVCfz7XGWpiXuWzgBDoznwE579upump The credit layer powering Covenant, the open operating layer for AI agents, is now live on Solana. Covenant sits below the app layer and above the OS. It defines what an agent is allowed to do, caps what it can spend, and keeps a verifiable record of every action it takes. Every agent action including memory, compute, tool calls, messages, and paid APIs is metered as a signed receipt and settled on Solana. Credits are minted from $CVNT and burned at the point of use, with each burn tied directly to a receipt. Verifiable spend, down to the line item. Run a live agent now, no install required: sandbox.opencovenant.org The autonomy was always coming. Now there's a layer that makes it accountable. Docs, roadmap, inquiries: opencovenant.org Open source under Apache-2.0: github.com/open-covenant/…

We’re building towards an open system where AI agents do real engineering on their own, under rules you set, with every action recorded so you can verify what they actually did. Next up is putting the agent's code in a locked-down sandbox that can't touch the rest of the machine. Stay tuned. We’re working overtime to ship!

Agents need tools such as web search, file access, external APIs. Covenant connects them through MCP. Tools can be built-in or pulled from external servers. Either way they show up in the same place and follow the same rules. Every tool call needs a permission token. Every call gets logged.

Agents in Covenant can't just do whatever they want. Every action needs a signed permission token first. No token, no action: the request is rejected and logged immediately. You grant permissions explicitly. You can revoke them anytime. Nothing happens without a trail.

We added a treasury section into our website! It is a public, real-time view of the staking program's on-chain state. All numbers are sourced from chain at the latest confirmed slot. Our treasury dashboard reads straight from the blockchain: how much supply is locked, how much SOL has gone to stakers, and more details. Access here ⬇️

Covenant public sandbox is live! You can monitor an agent work live in our sandbox. While it's coding, each step appears on the page as it happens instead of only showing up once the run is done. Access here ⬇️

🔥 Network Expansion 🔥 Welcome Team 51 🔥 @OpenCovenant What is Covenant: Covenant is a layer that sits between the app and the operating system. It defines what an agent can do, sets spending limits, and keeps a verifiable record of every action. Every time an agent uses memory, compute, tools, messages, or paid APIs, it creates a signed receipt that gets settled on Solana. Credits are minted from $CVNT and burned when used with each burn directly tied to a receipt. $CVNT Welcome to my room Who will be the team 52?

💥 Big Milestone 💥 Welcome Team 50 💥 @Obscra_void What is Obscra: It is a shadow marketplace in the making. The marketplace they are building is not a typical public marketplace. It’s designed more like a private environment where users can exchange confidential files, restricted developer resources, private data, or conduct anonymous auction style transactions. The entire system is built around privacy and anonymity, without relying on email accounts, while also integrating human verification to reduce abuse and bot activity. $OBX Welcome to my room

@OpenCovenant @gitlawb the honest answer is that agent code provenance is more than just who pushed the button, it's about understanding what generated the change in the first place

Hi @gitlawb, meet Covenant. We're building an operating layer for autonomous engineering, and we need to capture how agent code is produced. GitLawb's certificates prove who pushed a change and where it came from. They don't prove how it was generated. This PR adds an attestations field that can carry SLSA provenance, Sigstore attestations, or agent runtime evidence. If unused, the envelope remains byte-identical to a standard certificate. github.com/Gitlawb/node/p…

Streamflow

A lot of projects want staking. Not every project wants months of contract work, frontend work, audits, and reward logic before launch. Streamflow lets SPL token teams create staking pools with custom rewards and lock periods through a no-code flow. Less time building rails. More time giving holders something useful.

HYRE moved its entire RPC layer to @Alchemy this week after receiving the Credit Solana Fund. That was just one of the upgrades. SNS live. xPay integrated. Covenant shipping. Corbits spotlighted. B402 green-lit. Full recap with sources 🧵

Most agent payment systems effectively amount to giving a model access to your wallet. With Covenant through @Hyre_agent, the agent never holds the key. An agent calls a paid Hyre API, hits an x402 challenge, and the daemon signs the USDC payment: - capped per call - capability-gated - receipt and audit event provided Agents execute. Humans retain custody. This is why we chose to work with Hyre Agent.
