@Xbox Mass Effect completely changed my idea of what an an RPG is. I went from actively avoiding the genre to it becoming my primary choice. Still my favorite game of all time because of that.

What game changed your life?

I'm going to start streaming again now that my PC has been upgraded. I play to start with some Dauntless and as soon as I am lower in the queue I will start the stream so stay tuned.

Towards the latter half of last gen, I noticed a couple of gaming acquaintances bow out and go in hard on retro gaming. Used to think they were missing out. Now, seeing gaming progress from then to Xcloud/ Stadia, those cats were just ahead of the curve.
