@c_maxoulis Είναι ξεκάθαρο! Το "δύναται" εκλαμβάνεται ως "θέλει" και προφανώς στην συγκεκριμένη περίπτωση "εν εθελε" με κόστος δύο ανθρώπινες ζωές. Εξίσου ξεκάθαρο είναι ότι κανένας δεν θα καταδικαστεί.

Ερώτημα: Έστειλαν επιστολές στους ιδιοκτήτες των διαμερισμάτων που κατέρρευσαν. Στους ενοίκους έστειλαν; Τι προβλέπει ο νόμος;

@mother_of_arts Σωστό. Ταυτόχρονα όμως δεν πιστεύω ότι υπάρχει νόμος που να καλύπτει πλήρως όλες τις πιθανές περιπτώσεις. Ο νόμος χρειάζεται ανθρώπους με ακεραιότητα για να λειτουργήσει για το καλό όλων.

@Pamborides Θα έλεγα ότι απαραίτητα είναι και τα δύο. Το ήθος όμως δεν μπορεί να επιβληθεί δια νόμου. Άρα το μόνο που μένει είναι οι νομικές συνέπειες. Μακάρι να μάθουμε κάποτε πώς να τις επιβάλλουμε, αφού δεν μπορούμε να βασιστούμε στο σεβασμό σε κάθε ανθρώπινη ζωή, του εκάστοτε "αρμοδίου".

Εγώ καταλήγω ότι δεν είναι τόσο θέμα νόμου και κανονισμών όσο ηθικής ακεραιότητας όσων έχουν ευθύνη. Αν ξέρεις ότι άνθρωποι κινδυνεύουν κινείς γη και ουρανό να γίνει αυτό που πρέπει. Δεν μπορούμε να πούμε "έκανα το καθήκον μου" στέλνοντας μια επιστολή.
