Have a plan…we have a detailed throwing program involving many of our tools for success @DrivelineBB @CleanFuego @PathPocket. Using plates as well to put an added emphasis on command in catch play with a visual focus point.

These past couple years we have started to dive into creating a more fluid arm motion with all of our players to create a more consistent and less stressful throwing motion. This is great as it helps reduce arm stress and injuries. Excited for what’s coming!
