We are pleased to confirm that we’ve successfully restored the myEpayWindow service. Thank you for your patience whilst we resolved this issue and we are sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused.

MyEpayWindow is currently unavailable / experiencing intermittent availability. We’re investigating the cause of this and will provide an update as soon as we have more information.

Following the Autumn Statement NI changes from 6th January 2024, an IPP update will be available from w/c 18th December and sooner if possible. Important: This update will apply to IPP U2 only so please ensure you are on U2 already in anticipation of this legislative update.

Previous issues with payslip uploads have now been resolved.

We are currently investigating client payslip upload problems post routine maintenance last night - we will update as soon as we have a resolution

Don't forget to install IPP U2, with its new HMRC Notifications download process, notices can be set to automatically download and match to employees on opening the payroll without needing the download & match wizard - saves precious time especially with larger payrolls!
