People still don't understand how energy is made. Nor do they understand how the prefrontal cortex powers up and allows for focus, deep thinking, and processing. The brainstem is the overall decider of how your body operates. It decides if you get access to your prefrontal cortex. It only allows it to power up if your cells are making enough energy. If not, you get minimal access and you live on your emotions. You don't need to fast to do any of this. You need to create energy and allow the cells to do this work. When the organelle called mitochondria inside a cell creates adenosine triphosphate, we get energy. When the body needs energy, a phosphate breaks off and energy is released. The body can use the energy to do what fasting does 10X. You are still operating at half capacity... and when you starve yourself for your fantasy, you are then operating at a fraction of capacity. The body was never meant to starve. It is simply capable of doing so. Does it want to? NO! It wants energy to do the jobs it needs to do. What does the organelle mitochondria need to make energy?
