Patterns plus denial equal loops. Same outcome, new faces. You change environments, not behavior. Until you question your role, life just keeps casting different people in the same script.

The brain would rather protect identity than update it. That’s why denial feels natural. Admitting fault threatens who you think you are, so the mind edits reality to keep the story consistent.
