@its_The_Dr Pour salt into cotton sock & tye off open end with hair band. Warm up sock 1min, then 30sec until hot. When cool enough still warm to, place sock on pillow, laying down on side, then place infected ear on sock. By time sock has no warmth at all the ear feels all better.
