@MistyA_1 @SchoolSpecialty @SHAPE_America @CAHPERD Hi Misty, I get the 10 foot PVC poles from Home Depot. Cut 2 feet off the end and place a 90 degree angle (this will help the cross bar to not roll under the feet of the performers).

Does anyone have a progression for the FitnessGram Curl Ups they use with their students? I'd like to develop one that focuses on AB strength development and provide Ss a chance to build their skill instead of just fail at curl ups.
