They borrow against it instead. Live off the loans. Pay almost nothing. Then when they die, their kids inherit it all tax-free. The wealth never gets taxed, It just gets passed down. And we wonder why the gap keeps getting wider.

Unfortunately AI is going to improve at a very rapid rate and eventually will become much cheaper to use. Where it is today wont be the case forever. AI wasn’t that great at coding 12 months ago. Today Claude Sonnet/Opus can code pretty effectively. It will only get better and it will get cheaper. The govt will subsidies will make sure it stays.
