Jalon White and Ondray Miles wins🥇and🥉 in the men's 400m at the @SouthlandSports Indoor Meet. White, who won a silver medal last year, clocked a PR time of 46.88 to capture gold this season. Miles finished 4th last season to make the podium this year with a PR time of 47.67.
