This removes the need to send unique sounds client side depending on where the audio is coming from to give information.

@VeriitasGames Are sniper scavs Aimbot 9000 now or is it just me? Last night on shoreline the sniper scav on the rock heading towards path to lighthouse tracked me out of vision all the way from the resort to the rocks. Any slight peek that I tried anywhere, I was instantly shot
