@clongbaseball Understanding why is key. U stay inside . U will end pull the ball but u allow yourself to be short , inside , connected , and not speed yourself up. Hitters that want to pull only to show power have to be perfect. Most will speed themselves up. Pulling off /chase/ etc

Two of the biggest unlocks for improving your stat line over the course of a full season are: 1. Hitting the ball harder 2. Making more contact in 2K counts (preferably at lower launch angles) Both very trainable and trackable skills—in-season and off-season.

Have watched this clip for 10 minutes straight. So clean and direct. Big fan of throwing BP or feeding the hack so I can get this view. With this view you can see if a hitter is staying on the ball, staying square, and delivering the barrel on time. This is it! #HittersHit
