Friday's token merger marked the start of an important new chapter for our company. From the beginning, we have believed our business and community would be stronger united as one. Combining ecosystems, establishing ourselves in the United States, and executing one of the few truly strategic mergers in crypto was no small undertaking. It required conviction, coordination, and a willingness to act boldly. I am incredibly proud of our team for rising to the occasion. This merger has laid the groundwork for steady, long-term growth across our business and community, but there is more work ahead to complete this transition. Additional exchanges are coming online, with more in the pipeline. We will be launching products that people love, with $TX as the utility across our ecosystem. Most importantly, our vision is much bigger than any single moment. Our mission is to become the epicenter of tokenization, driven by a relentless commitment to attracting builders, assets, and users into one ecosystem. We are entering this new chapter with an intensity and focus on continuous improvement. We will sharpen every aspect of what we are building - as a business, as a team, and as a community. We are thankful for the support, the patience, and the belief from everyone who has been on this journey with us and we will continue to show up, work hard, and build with purpose. The path to real adoption isn’t building for a token community, it’s building products that solve real problems for real markets. Infrastructure should disappear into the background while the user experience leads. That’s exactly how we think about it at ProptoXchange. Our focus has always been regulation-first market infrastructure for real-world assets — enabling compliant issuance, trading, and lifecycle management for financial instruments. The goal isn’t to build “XRPL apps,” it’s to build capital markets rails that institutions and investors can use because they are better, faster, and more efficient. When products solve real distribution, liquidity, and compliance challenges, the underlying ledger becomes an enabler — not the story. The stigma narrative also changes when serious infrastructure, regulated partners, and real assets come on-chain. Capital follows credibility, and credibility comes from solving real market problems at scale. Innovation will drive adoption — not tribalism. Completely aligned with that view. Excited to see more builders pushing in this direction.

Just want to add to this that I know that VCs are wrong and I know that they don't see the potential of this ecosystem and the massive opportunities. The feedback we have received is that there is a lot of negativity surrounding XRP / XRPL. Most VCs have either no idea about what's going on XRPL and what that ecosystem has, they just know Ripple and their corporate status (some have also told us that they don't even like Ripple, so one more reason) or they, unfortunately, perceive it as most of people coming from other chains which is that XRP is a "centralized shitcoin" or XRPL is a "ghost chain with no liquidity and activity". Some VCs have specifically told us that there are no reasons to be building on that chain and that if we go and build on Solana or Base, for example, we will have more opportunities and they will be able to help us. I think the main issue here is XRPL as an ecosystem and not so much XRP. There is high demand for XRP because of the passionate community of holders and because they can make money off of it through ETFs and other products. But about the network itself everyone argues how it's a ghost chain with nothing interesting to do there. And we can't really argue on that. We can only keep building and hoping.

Story of our lives, and every XRPL builder's/project's too. Trying to raise capital as a company building on XRPL is probably the toughest in the whole industry. What's the solution? "We love your project" "We love your vision" "We love your products" .... but... we don't see any potential in the XRPL ecosystem. To us it doesn't make sense, and we know most VCs and big players are unaware of the XRPL ecosystem and its capabilities, but what can we do? We have been rejected by every crypto VC, not because of us/our vision/products, but only because we are building on top of XRPL. We have been trying to educate them, explain them, but nothing. In the end of the day we are building for the average person and we want to make XRPL invisible, so as long as it works for the users it shouldn't matter... but it does and VCs simply don't care. So what's the solution?

GM to those who want to see the XRPL in the #1! If you are passionate and love the ecosystem, you will fight for it and support the initiatives that will grow it and improve it. We shouldn't ignore the issues if we want to become the best, but face them and come with solutions.
