As I've perf'd my eardrum (I sneezed, it's a thing!) I'm waiting for lovely WestDoc out of hours services to call back - may need ABs again as it was Staph A+ve last time and feels like it is again🫣 Best bit so far is call handler going 'Bye, Bye, Bye' - I can tell I'm home!💚

Very often in healthcare, we make a massive effort to improve our delivery performance by changing our processes and practices. We should probably start much higher up in our knowledge structure by considering our paradigm - our beliefs about how to make change happen. @LesleyDwyerCEO Apparently it's really good for core, balance and strength Lesley, with 1-3 trainers around all the time to guide on technique. Boxcercise is also hands down way more enjoyable, faster (and a lot more inclusive) than the gym 🤗
