Don’t be discouraged from applying if you recently started a new position! I applied only 3mths after starting my postdoc. As long as you have a solid mentoring and research plan, you are totally eligible!

I know hiring committees can’t appreciate what I went through during my program, especially the last 3 years. But I just wish I could say, “If can complete a PhD under those conditions, imagine what I can do with support and stability.”
