I've been seeing tiktoks of people just beating the crap out of the sourdough when = you mix all the ingredients together for like 15-20 mins to build gluten then letting it bulk ferment, shape then cold ferment. I did that and it seems like it came out too dense and the crust seems hard too. That's the only thing I changed when it was fine with the stretch and fold method I did LOL

decided to try a new method for making sourdough- I think I'll stick with the stretch and folds...

Setting up new internet is such a pain, I'm lazy and changing all my devices to connect to the new network is a painfully overcomplicated mess. Why can't they be easy like phones and PCs where you just change networks. Having to reset and hope the correct blinking light is on.
