@RealJTP2 The County shipped 31 dogs out of state Thurs ahead of the raid and they are working on transporting more. All 7 shelters will be open this Sun with reduced adoption fees. Normally closed Sun.

@AmmousMD Sure, many people get prescribed statins after years of plaque accumulation. They already have atherosclerotic disease when they get on a statin. I started a statin early at 40 and I have no blockages at 70. My parents had heart attacks and strokes in their 50’s.

So many of the heart disease patients I see in the hospital are already on statins.
