Had a mild concussion today after falling backwards at an A.A. meeting and hitting my head hard. Went to the ER, got checked out, and thankfully no brain bleed. Still dealing with a bad headache, but grateful it wasn’t worse. Sometimes it’s okay to not be okay 👌🏼🤕
