This is the 1st time in U.S. history the President has officially recognized the ERA as the 28th Amendment. It became an amendment on Jan 27th, 2020 when the last state (Virginia) ratified it & now it is the law of the land. americanprogress.org/article/the-er…

@CorkYou @KamalaGrapple @AP The Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) had a time limit for ratification. When Congress passed the ERA in 1972, it included a seven-year deadline for the necessary 3/4 states (38 out of 50) to ratify.

LMAO, “thus?” I love when people rely on others to get true information and not do their own research. The 27th amendment was passed after 202 years. The reason it was able to be passed was the research showing that it could be. Same in this instance. All Biden has to do is direct the archivist to push it out and he signs it.
