A blind man named Colin Perreira successfully prosecuted five separate cab/Uber drivers for refusing to allow his guide dog into their vehicles. One driver, Mohammed Hafiz Raja, drove away after being told he was breaking the law.

East Sussex, 2013 —A Muslim taxi driver in East Sussex was given 12 penalty points after refusing to carry a disabled woman because she had an assistance dog. Wealden District Council's licensing committee decided not to revoke his licence.
