First of all, I want to say thank you to Zealy for trying to reduce the amount of scam projects on the platform. That is really important and I genuinely appreciate that effort. But at the same time, there are still some issues we need to talk about because many users are feeling it. Recently, many projects on @zealy_io are not fair with rewards. Some tasks are very hard, take a lot of time, and sometimes even require us to spend money just to complete them. But at the end of the sprint, the reward does not match the effort we put in. In some cases, people even end up at a loss, which makes all the effort feel discouraging. Zealy needs to fix this. If a project is giving tasks, there should be a fair reward structure that actually matches the level of effort required. People should not be working so hard, spending time and resources, and getting almost nothing in return. That balance is very important for trust and motivation in the community. Another issue is the fee taken when we withdraw guaranteed rewards from the platform. 5 percent is taken from every withdrawal we make. This becomes unfair, especially when the rewards are already low to begin with. Over time, it reduces what users actually receive, and it honestly feels too much. This is something that really needs to be reviewed. In the end, I would really be glad if the team can listen to these complaints and look into them properly. It would help the growth of the platform and make things better for everyone who is putting in time and effort.#fixthepaymentstructure @mathisgrosjean
