@gwanally @XOQueenEsther @ElizaGlass1972 Yes, Im Italian & my father is a retired chef. He makes amazing bolognaise with the same ingredients you have said but with garlic & without wine, celery & carrots. Im personally not a fan of wine in any sauce

@RobsteressFX @XOQueenEsther @ElizaGlass1972 It does and you can add it but on a very slow cook you hardly need any ingredients to make the flavour beautiful. I use pork and beef, passata, red wine, salt, onion, carrot, celery and cook for hours. This is a traditional way of cooking the sauce.
