the jets seem to be baiting a fade ball to the end zone to Jefferson here. Jefferson looks to be on an island with leverage to the outside pre snap but you can see the safety fly across the field to take that away

This is third and short, late second quarter with the Vikings up 17-3. Kirk's just gotta rip the slant to Jefferson here instead of trying to make a tough throw to Thielen.

@NickOlsonNFL If Kirk had the awareness to step up and sling it to the end zone JJ is 1v1 at the top with a step on Sauce. Love the effort on the run but that’s a ply that other QB’s make weekly. I’m a Kirk fan so this is my only gripe with him.

@WillRagatz important to note the pre snap look here. Cousins likely already knows he’s going to theilen before the ball is snapped, jefferson is running a slant against an inside leverage corner and thielen is running an out against a corner with inside leverage
