Due to an unforeseen error login services for Rumbleverse have been taken offline earlier than scheduled. New players can no longer login to the game. Players who are still in-game will be able to matchmake and play until 10 AM CST/4 PM UTC.

We are investigating the issue where players are unable to login due to not being able to get their country or age of consent. As soon as we have an update we will post it here.

We've seen players trying to find Rumbleverse to download. As of February 21, Rumbleverse is no longer available to download across all platform stores. As a reminder, Rumbleverse will shut down on Tuesday, February 28, at 10 AM CST.

We've updated our FAQ to clarify refunds will be automatic across all platforms: Any player who has spent money on Rumbleverse will be eligible for an automatic refund of money spent on or in the game, once game services conclude Tuesday, February 28, 10am CST.

We have released a hotfix for Rumbleverse that prevents players from accessing the Crate moveset while using a Locked Crate which was not intended.

We are investigating a reported issue that impacts the friends list on PlayStation 5. Stay tuned for updates on our progress.

With the Mid-Season update, duplicate or missing Fan Mail rewards should be fixed. However, if for some reason you experience this issue, please file a bug report in our Discord server: discord.gg/rumbleverse
