@RunwayToWealth I’ve considered opening one but I’d only of used it as a first time buyer. Now I’ve brought a house I don’t think I will!

I don’t know how it has only just come to my attention, but I have neglected to share my Stocks and Shares LISA. At the moment it is pretty boring as I am gearing up to buy my first property but throughout the course of having my Stocks and shares ISA it returned me 58% earnings. Do you think a LISA is worth it? Personally I think it is only worth it to buy your first property after that sack it off.

@RunwayToWealth Yes a would say LISA is worth it if you're a first-time buyer or saving for retirement, thanks to the 25% government bonus. Just avoid early withdrawals, as they usually incur a penalty mate 👍🏻

Peptides have literally spawned out of nowhere, there is so much attention on them now but I do wonder what the potential is with them? A lot of these peptides are still in beta research and somehow people are getting there hands on them. I would exercise extreme caution taking stuff that hasn’t had any human clinical trials

@RunwayToWealth The housing market isn’t cheap compared to salaries but I’m sure that’s a UK wide problem, not just Norwich

I’m in the top 5% of earners in the UK for my age. Yet I’ve built nowhere near the level of wealth I expected to have by this point in my life. Do I have a spending problem? OR Has a 70k salary become less of a life changing salary than people think?
