@marktilbury Mark, I just turned 58 myself. This is simply the best post on X today (or any day). I preach these things to the youngsters who work for me. Hard for many of them to comprehend in their late teens and early twenties. It’s a game changer for them if they do.

@VinnysCorner1 Bird was the consummate player in every aspect and a generational talent. The true greats make everyone around them better. Very few in any sport back up what they voice. Bird did that in spades.
