🚨 JUST IN: Marco Silva to Chelsea talks heating up 💙 There’s growing movement behind the scenes at Chelsea with members of Silva’s entourage reportedly working directly with parts of the Chelsea board to push through a deal. 👀 🔵 Silva is understood to be open to replacing Liam Rosenior, while some figures inside Chelsea are already convinced he’s the right fit. ⚠️ The situation: • Silva has Premier League experience and is seen as a stabiliser after a chaotic season • Similar profile to when Mauricio Pochettino came in to steady things • But questions remain — would Silva accept a short-term role, or want full control? 📊 Meanwhile, his current side Fulham are level on points with Chelsea this season — showing the job he’s doing. 👀 Big picture: Chelsea may not be going for a long-term “project coach” here… this feels like a move to fix things quickly before the next big appointment. 💭 Would you take Silva as a short-term solution, or should Chelsea aim higher?

Who are we deceiving in this country? Community Health Nurses are doing everything that this Free Primary Healthcare seeks to do. The innovation is already there. Instead of equipping these already existing personnel and systems with more equipment and funding...1/2

This is already being done by the hundreds of community health nurses available right now in all districts. Absolutely no need for a new policy. Meanwhile the health directorates in these districts remain severely underfunded.

Health workers will begin visiting homes, places of work, etc in selected underserved districts to screen Ghanaians for diseases under the #FreePrimaryHealthCare program. We are moving from “sick care” to healthcare.

@DrKwabenaAgyen @tv3_ghana Linking community pharmacies to the nationwide network of hospitals and clinics makes healthcare delivery much easier and well-informed. Community pharmacies have lots of patient info that clinicians will wholeheartedly appreciate.

We already have a nationwide network community pharmacies with pharmacists and pharmacy teams! Accessible. Regulated. Trusted. Why not integrate them into this system instead of paying for containers? Equip pharmacists to handle minor ailments, link them to NHIS, and connect them to hospitals through proper referral systems. That is how you build real primary care and to track all gadgets given out.
