I'm seeing a lot of posts about more companies mandating 5-day RTO after the announcement of the federal RTO order. There's going to be people unable or unwilling to return. Will that create new job opportunities or will companies use this as an excuse to eliminate roles?

This is a safe space. I believe in human rights and I teach DEI. My family includes LGBTQ and people with disabilities. I stutter which is a disability. I want to fill my community with like minded people. If you believe in human rights, let's connect and be friends 🏳️‍🌈💚💙🩵💜♿️
