Today in PSHE we were thinking about moving to Year 2. We enjoyed the morning in our new classrooms with our new Teachers. Here are our thoughts on Year 2.

Don’t forget it’s the Class party tomorrow. Children can bring in a treat to share with the class. PE kit as normal please. 💃🕺🏿🍿🎂

Today we have been learning about money. We have been remembering all the coins and notes. Look at our fabulous maths. #StCathsmaths

Continuing learning about other religions, Ali talked to us about the Imams. #StCathsRE

In PSHE we have been talking about changes and what we have enjoyed in Year 1. We made posters for the Reception Children to show them all the fun things they will do when they start Year 1. #StCathsPSHE

Whilst learning about neighbours in RE, we discussed the religions we celebrate in St Francis. Today we discussed Hinduism. We listened to the story of Rama and Sita. #StCathsRE

Today we had fun learning circus skills with The Workshop Company. We learnt how to balance a peacock feather, juggle and spin plates. #StCathsPE
