Why is it so hard for the national media to write that this was a great game and the Knicks beat a red hot team on the road? When the Knicks are relevant it’s better for the league despite the national media bias against them!

CJ McCollum was .1 seconds away from an unbelievable shot to tie the game from 60 feet away. Wow. New York escapes, and moves a win closer to locking up third in the East.

NY State has been playing with a shot clock since the 1990s and girls basketball started playing with one in NYS in the 1980s. I played basketball and graduated in 1994. No excuses for other states to not have one in 2026. You can’t convince me otherwise.

In the 4A State Title game, Crown Point held the ball for a minute plus…. With 5 minutes to go in the 3rd quarter. No movement… as deafening boos came down from this Gainbridge Fieldhouse crowd. Indiana needs a shot clock and it needs it now.

No shot clock in HS basketball in some states is absolute chaos. NJ state final games are in the 30’s. This is not real basketball. No league in the world operates like this.
