@EversourceMA i know you just hires contractors to install these new smart meters but leaving this gap in the box to allow water and moisture to get inside is not wise. this is the level of work you guys do? you should send someone to adjust this, or assume that if anything happens I am suing @EversourceCorp for neglecting the box.

@Derrick05468196 @SteveLovesAmmo because it cost more to repair the bumper on that nice car from running them over at high speed, insurance probably won't cover running over worthless road debris on purpose. so run them over slow speed was better option, less repair to the car.

how about first taker care of your customer and get my orders right? it's twice in a row we got wrong thing, almost die eating it. and no we can't reach anyone in the framingham store because the phone number out of 6 options, 5 tells me to go to website and 1 is always busy. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

@hobbylink what in the world is the handling fee? we don't need them to handle anything we'll just pay duty when it get here. couldn't we just get an estimated Dutyand pay for that when we get it? why do we have to do the shipping DDP?

today i got a call from @bmwna customer relationship, it's for sure ruined my customer relationship with @BMW I will not buy another BMW and let me summarize what they said on the call:
1. #BMW does not own dealers so we can't tell them what to do but we'll file a complain which is just a documentation.
2. BMW supports the dealer's diagnosis if the foreman said it's with in spec or nothing wrong with it or if BMW does not have actual way of diagnosis the issue due to no spec was provided, that's what they will go with, recommend for me to try other BMW dealer to see if they will say different even though the problem was on photo and obvious. but they are not going to force any dealer to action, nor will they reach out.
3. BMW does not mediate or negotiate with the dealer, they will not contact the dealer to see what the issue is with either.
4. There is no one to escalate this to, no one they can put me in contact with to help with this issue, and customer relationship team does not have anyone they can put you with to better assist. if you request a review and follow up, this request may go no where, and that you will not be able to get a follow up.
5. BMW will not be able to email me an acknowledgement of this conversation or the conversation result in writing.
6. BMW North America customer relationship can't do anything for you, we called you to inform you that we can do much about your dissatisfaction with the brand.
lastly for those who have no idea what my issue is well 2025 model X5 xdrive if your seats looks like this totally slanted it's within spec (because they never had a spec or measurement from factory for it.)
BMW have successfully proven that kind of service they provide. what kind of brand image they stand for,
I new i should have bought another Mercedes, I think at this point i can said i got better dealer service from even Honda's before. #lessonslearned

@BurgerKing what's with the bad policy with your store and app? i order breakfast right before 10:30 and drive to pick it up they tell me they already cleaned up by 10:30 so they can't make my order? this is rediculous!! then they can't process online order refund either and tell me the store has nothing to do with online orders, when look for help on the app it wants me to wait 48 hours for response? this is horrible i guess i should have ordered @McDonalds #burgerking #hangry
