The Ethics Committee does NOT recommend overturning Duo Week. We did not find proof of corruption, favoritism, or intentional rigging. We do, however, recommend reform, transparency, and a future (season 2?) make good opportunity for those contestants impacted. Case Closed.

The Committee also reviewed the matter of the $200 gift card issued to a contestant following the controversial 3.5 score. We do not find sufficient evidence that this was hush money. We are simply noting it performed many of the traditional functions of hush money.
