Authenticity will take you where you need to go and further than you can ever know Life unfolds in front of you when you let go of the need for it to look a particular way Just take it as it comes and adjust as needed

DHT is NOT the most manly hormone. The real king? 5-alpha reductase. The enzyme that turns men into monsters. Here’s why you need to max out 5AR — to infinity and beyond 🧵

In history? So you’re saying you’ll stand alongside: • Leonardo da Vinci • Ibn Sina • Galileo • Benjamin Franklin • Noam Chomsky • Stephen Wolfram If that’s your claim, then you’re aiming to compete with my business partner & best friend. And if he survives the next 5 to 15 years and completes his equation, despite serious health issues, he will likely be remembered as one of the most impactful figures of the 21st century. Possibly even in the league of the people i’ve listed. No offense, but he’s not like other people. His processing power is inhuman. If you’re working on the same problem, you’re not just behind, you’re irrelevant. He’s already mastered mathematics, medicine, law, technology, computer science, trading, business, advertising, branding, IP law, and more. At 12, he predicted Enron’s collapse three years before it happened. At 13, he made half a million trading coins. By 15, he was making millions per month trading something else (not doxing). All while pursuing a medical degree, entering med school at 16, and walking away because surgery/medicine wasn’t challenging enough. Since 14, he has solved problems for some of the largest companies in the world. From Apple to Samsung and everything in between. He’s launched thousands of apps, with several achieving immense success. He once spent 24 hours testing a crypto theory and made $250,000 from trades ranging from one cent to one dollar. That was his first day ever trading crypto. And even with all that, he doesn’t compare himself to the greats. He considers himself a student. He’s not trying to go down in history. He simply wants to work on solving hard complex problems. So when I say your ambition sounds arrogant, I’m not being petty. I’m pointing out the scale. People like him pay a massive price for what they do. Every day is hell. He would trade his genius for good health in a second. He would lose IQ points just to feel more human, to connect, to breathe without analyzing every worst-case scenario. Where you see luck, he sees math. Where you accept uncertainty, he runs mental simulations, mapping every variable to calculate the most logical path forward. and he sees those mistakes for everyone around him and is completely powerless to stop most people from hurting themselves even when he tells them exactly what’s going to happen and how to solve it. The reason why they won’t is that they simply don’t believe it’s possible to predict the future in that way. But that’s only because they see a very limited reality. And their ego gets in the way. I didn’t believe it at first either. But he has proven it repeatedly and conclusively. He’s just that smart. So if you’re serious about going down in history, that is who you’re up against. I’m not attacking your goal I’m simply putting it into perspective. If I’m wrong I’m sure you’ll have no problem they can get abundantly clear how.

It took two and a half years, multiple formulations, a research partnership, and full product transparency to get to this point… But here at @BetterBiom, we finally have what most “natural” oral care brands don’t:
A peer-reviewed study on our actual formula. No, not a white paper.
And not a dusty old claim recycled from a generic ingredient supplier. That’s right: we had the full NOBS Toothpaste Tablet tested against fluoride under conditions meant to simulate actual tooth decay. What fluoride toothpaste? Well…I have decorum, so I’ll just say it’s the #1 toothpaste in America. And we beat it. The study was neither pretty nor gentle. In fact, it was basically a cavity-from-h*ll simulator. Think the kind of environment that takes people from minor sensitivity to major dental bills. We tested a bunch of different things, so you should read the full study. I’ll make it clear though: After seven days, teeth brushed with NOBS had half the enamel damage compared to no brushing. And here's the kicker: it protected just as well as fluoride toothpaste, without any fluoride. “Fluoride is the gold-standard”, they said. “You can’t heal teeth without fluoride”, they said. They were wrong. You knew it, and we knew it. But now, the whole damn world is going to know it too. If you’re with us in building a healthier world, you’re in good company. At biöm, we’re not changing toothpaste.
We’re changing the rules of the game entirely. And we’re doing it together. This is just the beginning.

@bowtiedbull This is classic “don’t think of an elephant” persuasion. When bull tells this to his followers the effect is to make more of them “be unhappy when their friend(s) makes it big.”

@BowTiedBull "*never* be unhappy when your friend makes it big. You will learn from it as well" U know how many ppl this advice is going to help? Exactly 0 If you're jealous of a homie it's because you're a NGMI loser and nothing a cartoon bull says will change that!

Another weird one is if you become ultra successful people become extremely insecure around you. Ironically this makes them less likely to succeed since they get osmosis from more mediocre people *never* be unhappy when your friend makes it big. You will learn from it as well

It’s officially been a year since I resigned from a stable career to go all in on my dream and run my company @BetterBiom full time. With a milestone like this, I would normally sit down and write out 3-5 of the most important lessons I’ve learned, package them with some amusing quips and anecdotes, then carefully edit and hit send. Not this time. Lately, I don’t have much to say that hasn’t already been said. So, here’s the one thing I want to tell you: Under no circumstances are you allowed to give up now. From the bottom of my heart, I am begging you to do anything besides quit on yourself. If you don’t believe in yourself at this moment, it’s not the end of the road. Write down the names of every single person (born and unborn) that’s counting on you to make it. Send that hail mary DM and finally ask someone for help. Shut the laptop and sleep for 12 hours if that’s what you need to get your mind right. You are allowed to do nearly anything besides give up. (No, you cannot do drugs, don’t ask. You should be addicted to winning. If you’re not winning, you don’t deserve recreational drugs) The life I live now I couldn’t have imagined in my wildest dreams. This is a direct result of the Mike Tyson punches I took and refused to let knock me out from 2022-2024. I want that for you too, so I’ll tell you something personal. Since 2021, I have kept a picture of myself from the day I was born in my camera roll. I have not always made decisions that are in my best interest. So, when faced with tough decisions, I look at that picture and ask myself, “Is [decision] in the best interest of this child?” If yes, I proceed. If no, I change course. Once you understand that giving up is never in the best interest of that child, you will understand. Stop making masochistic decisions. You have generations after you that are counting on you to win. There’s no other option here. So, consider your excuses officially invalid. If a cartoon deer can make it, anybody can.
