@westhamtransfer Totally agree, if it happens… No idea why we aren’t in for Dewsbury-Hall.

I back not spending a lot of our budget on a keeper. Save it for a midfielder, which is the most urgent position. Victor could come in and do really well.

As we have been told by @ExWHUEmployee about the strategy at West Ham, we identify players for a position then bid for all and see which is the "best" (cheapest). Hermansen - 25 - talented - £25m❌ Suzuki - 22 - talented - £30m❌ John - 29 - known cos of CWC - £10m✅

@AranNicol1994 Spot on. Particularly when funds are so desperately needed to be spent in other areas
English

@WestHamViews_ Granted, it is an extremely big ‘if’ with the owners and have serious doubts it will.
English

@WestHamViews_ Am I the only one that agrees with this approach (if it actually eventuates)? Midfield is by that far a greater area of need than up front - where a backup on a free (if the wages are okay) is far from the end of the world. Need two midfielders in.
English

@danwoff98 @WestHamViews_ @HammersDotNews Understood, but hopefully one of the two up and going at most times and Bowen to pinch hit there in the games where we want to counter.
That doesn’t fill you with (slightly 😂) less dread than taking a punt on another 40m striker and having the same midfield walked all over?
English

@SamShearer7 @WestHamViews_ @HammersDotNews Füllkrug & Wilson injury prone, which means we’ll place over reliance (again) on Bowen to do a job there.
English

A senior West Ham spokesperson:
"The manager does not want a striker which some feel is wrong, I feel we should sign two."
“We expect to sign Callum Wilson, but that might not be enough in my opinion as he has had injury issues in the past too.”

@danwoff98 @WestHamViews_ @HammersDotNews If money is spent on a refresh of the midfield (a big ‘if’, I know), I’d be happy with Fullkrug, Wilson, a bit of Bowen when it suits and a glimpse of Marshall up front. Midfield comfortably the biggest issue in the squad.
English

@newmo03 @HawthornFC Gunston to start (and go to Taylor), Hustwaite sub
English

@realbenmcdonald @Orioles Decimated by injuries, just wasn’t going to be the year. Load up and go again.
English

Hey #Birdland ….well this stinks…..hate the way it ended! Here’s what I know….the @Orioles will be back….plenty of talent in this organization….this is only the beginning! Love you guys….appreciate all ur support….until next year! 👊 #GrowingPains #LetsGeauxOs

@whustatz Alvarez is in as soon as he’s fully fit - with Guido in a double-pivot and Paqueta in front. Chill.
English

@WestHamViews_ Ridiculous reaction. Their first proper hit out, minutes in the legs, got the result, back in the (rigged) hat and move on to City.

@BradKlibansky @HawksInsiders Absolutely not, kidding ourselves if we think we’ve earned the right to sit blokes out. Two elimination finals to end the H/A and % still crucial

“To rest or not to rest, that is the question” My thoughts 👇 on team selection this week for @HawksInsiders
Hawks Insiders@HawksInsiders
It's that time of the week again, and this week's challenge is balancing the needs of the now (wins) against the needs of the future (rest ahead of finals). @BradKlibansky looks at the questions surround players fitness, and what the Hawks might do on Sunday. Link in comments ⬇️
