Hello everyone, Here is a quick update about our Instagram page. At the moment, our main account has been suspended indefinitely, so we kindly invite you to follow our backup page, “gaganownet”. If you’d like to know more about what happened, feel free to keep reading. As you might have noticed, our account has been suspended since December. Unfortunately, a few oversights on my part led to three consecutive reports within a year, resulting in its permanent suspension. This time, not even Gaga’s team has been able to help us, as META has become stricter with its policies. The only way to recover the account now is if the three people who reported us decide to retract their claims. So far, only one person seems willing to help. Eli Russell did not intend to cause any harm and said he would be happy to assist us. On the other hand, Netflix does not seem to care that the video they reported was originally shared by them in the first place, although apparently this was unintentional. Last but not least, there has been an issue involving artwork made by a fan. As you know, we always accept collaborations with fans to promote their art. On one occasion, we shared a post without realizing that the requester was not the original artist, and naturally, the original artist became upset and reported them. However, since it was posted as a collaboration, we were reported as well. We reached out, genuinely hoping the artist would understand the situation, but unfortunately that has not been the case. They replied that they were still very upset about our unanswered messages, even though we explained that, given the hundreds of messages we receive daily, it is impossible to read and respond to all of them. We did not ignore their message on purpose, we simply did not see it. Apparently, they do not seem to care. So, this is what happened. Until we find a way to recover the account, we kindly invite you to follow our backup page to stay updated on Instagram. If anyone happens to have a contact at Netflix, your help would be greatly appreciated. We truly hope this situation can be resolved soon. There are many exciting things coming, and we would hate not to be able to share them with all of you. Thank you for reading, Matt
