So I have zwave and zigbee smart devices in my new home. I don’t own a hub that’s talks to either right now. Would someone please point me in the right direction?

@DavidEllis No problem. Local control makes a big difference in both speed and reliability. I would avoid any hubs that rely on the cloud (like SmartThings does). You don’t want to be put in a situation where your devices/automations don’t work because of server maintenance or outages.

Always found it weird that these robot vacuums can recognize when they’re on carpets (to increase suction) yet don’t use that same functionality to turn off mopping.
