I had to pay £45 or I wouldn’t be allowed on the flight. She never mentioned this fee earlier. The manager backed her up and spoke to me in a very rude tone. The whole experience made me feel like they were hoping I’d miss my flight. I do not recommend flying with @wizzair

@wizzair Terrible Customer Service I was charged £45 for airport check-in after being unable to check in online. I arrived 30 minutes before the airport check-in was even open, and when I returned exactly 30 minutes later, the flight attendant told me I had to pay £45

Hi everyone — if you care about passenger rights, please consider reposting so more people see this. I’ve been stuck in a 4-month EC261 compensation loop with @wizzair . My MXP→PRG flight (13/08/2023) had a ~10h delay, compensation confirmed, but still no payment.

*BEWARE* @wizzair just charged me £44 for printing a boarding pass at the airport, because the app did not download both boarding passes, even after booking seats etc. I’m not sure how you download a return pass without the outbound one??
