Hospital let me home last night but I’m not allowed to walk anywhere or do anything due to huge blood clot in leg and something wrong with blood lactate levels. I’m so upset and can’t stop crying. It’s just one thing after another. I wish my mom was here 😥

Hi good people. My granddaughter, Freya Carol, was born on the 29th July and last night had a bleed on her brain so she’s in Alder Hey children’s hospital. The next 48 hours will be critical. If you have a moment for a spare prayer that would be very gratefully appreciated. Thank you

I would encourage anyone who has followed my work over the past 15 years to listen to Jades story told to @triggerpod . It’s true. It’s harrowing. And in my opinion it’s disgusting that a child whose life had been destroyed by daily rapes and abuse by gangs of men still found herself classed as a ‘paedophile’ just 2 weeks after her 16th birthday, even though the authorities tasked with protecting her had turned a blind eye to her abuse for two years previously….!!! After all it’s much easier to prosecute one child (yes a child! Up to age 18 in law!!!) than a sophisticated gang of prolific abusers!!! Jade has found her voice now, but the trauma she still feels is clear for all to see - as a result not only of the abuse itself, but because social services, the police, the courts all abandoned her in her hour of need and instead criminalised her and sent her to prison! When jade first watched @BBC drama ‘Three Girls’ she came to @TMOFCharity The Maggie Oliver Foundation for our help. I met her at Euston train station with her mum - and she was so overcome with emotion and pain that she was physically shaking like a leaf, traumatised beyond words and carrying immense guilt and shame because of having been labelled a ‘child abuser’ and been to prison and called ‘a nonce’. Two and a half years later after having been supported for many months through our emotional support service and speaking every week to one of our fully trained ambssadors, and supported by our Advocacy team, she now knows the shame is not hers! It is for those who should have PROTECTED HER to feel. They failed miserably in that duty. So we put her forward and then held her hand as she told some of her story to Anna Hall in the recent @Channel4 documentary ‘Groomed: A National Scandal’. This is her full story for the first time. We are fighting alongside her still to clear her name, & she was one of the survivors we took to meet @Casey_Review Baroness Casey whose story is reflected in the national audit. But jade is proud that she is speaking out. And helping others who have held their heads in unjustified shame. And I truly, 100% believe that EVERY survivor can begin the road to recovery with the help of people who care, who believe in them, who repeatedly tell them that they have done ‘NOTHING WRONG’!!!!! The scandal is that this help is not available from the state. Jade has been waiting SEVEN YEARS for therapy. She has STILL not accessed any. She had to come to our small charity to help her begin to live her life, to feel supported, to begin to heal, to find her voice and to use it. And it’s a joy to watch her as she starts to see that the future can be good, and that she is not alone! And we at The Maggie Oliver Foundation are proud that we have been able to help her on this journey, and that she is now one of our TMOF family and has support all around her as she takes her battle to the next level….. I have to say before I go to sleep that I feel IMMENSE RESPECT for those girls who have suffered the most horrendous neglect by those whose DUTY it is to protect them. Helpless, often unloved, in “care”, ashamed when they see they are seen as worthless by those politicians, senior police, prime ministers, public service, calms, sexual health, social workers who all turned away. From 11/12:23 year old children who had often been let down already. 47 or more moves to new care homes, unregulated staff, turning a blind the. Child protection meetings attended by those professionals who sat on the fence, destroyed and nowhere to turn. Will a statutory enquiry act. Or will they cover up, hang together, protect themselves and pretend they didn’t know. Well let me tell you they knew! Even Dominic Cummings now crawls out of the woodwork to confirm It. And we will achieve change. People power will not turn back. Future generations of children will be protected. @Casey_Review will start this process. And we will endure this time a public figure with s backbone will get a grip - and we will win! The tide has turned! We need mandatory recording of ethnicity,.religion , nationality, occupation , we need integration and respect for our culture. We need the influx of Illegal inmigrsnts deportrd if they can’t honour our beliefs and laws and them enforcement of them. Rape is rape! Consent is critical and the law must enforce it. They don’t enforce !! 💋💋💋💋💋💋
