ltPARA: DIME Redemption Deadline Since Paradex's TGE we announced the redeemability of Shift Paradex XP S2 for the corresponding amount of DIME. Today, we establish a clear timeline for it. Redemptions for Shift Paradex XP (S2 only) will close on 17th September 2026 - 6 months from now. After that point, the unclaimed DIME will be distributed pro-rata to ltPARA holders (including sltPARA). This decision comes to allow swiping the DIME dust that may be left at that point and put it to an use, quantities essentially abandoned or too small to be worth claiming for users. It's also plenty of time compared to the official deadline, which is two weeks from TGE. This does not apply to Shift Paradex XP S3, nor has anything to do with sltPARA or ltPARA redeemability.

I’ve been thinking about the S2 allocation update from @grvt_io’s AMA there's a pattern with web3 projects - project announces bigger community allocation - everyone cheers - then the math hits - more tokens split across the same points means each point is worth less - the people who farmed hardest, earliest, suffer it that's the usual story on the other hand, what Grvt did is a little different the +6% was added to the community pool, the pool itself got bigger translation: your earned share wasn’t reduced to create space still working through the full implications, but at minimum, the value per point looks more preserved than it would’ve been under a standard expansion If you farmed before the announcement, chill homie your points are rock solid tl;dr points were not diluted

People saw "Season 2 extended" and panicked. Here's what actually happened: @grvt_io added +6% extra to the community allocation. Season 2 is now 18%. Total community share: 28%. ~32 tokens per point. Unchanged. Zero dilution. They didn't stretch the same pie thinner. They made the pie bigger. And while people were debating the extension, the platform kept growing: — 77K+ connected wallets — 9K+ new users every month — 67% weekly retention (up from ~30%) That last number is the one that matters. Been farming @grvt_io seriously since Season 1 Here's why the latest update changed how I'm thinking about my position. Most protocols expand allocation quietly and let dilution do the dirty work on early farmers. Grvt just did the opposite. Season 2 confirmed +6% additional community allocation. That's not a rounding error. That's a deliberate architectural choice to grow the community slice of the pie rather than shrink it. More importantly existing points remain fully protected. Every trade, every position, every hour you put in during Season 1 still carries its original weight. Nothing got silently rebalanced against you at the worst moment. Why does this matter mechanically? Because token-per-point value is directly tied to that ratio. More allocation chasing a protected point base = better value preservation at TGE. My rough market cap estimate: If Grvt captures even 5–8% of the on-chain derivatives market at maturity, a $800M–$1.2B FDV at launch is conservative. With expanded community allocation, that translates to meaningfully higher per-point value than Season 1 farmers originally modeled. The order book depth is improving. TVL is climbing. And now the incentive structure actually rewards people who showed up early. That's the Grvt thesis in one update.
