@LostMyHats Jesus reads Isaiah in Luke 4. Jesus kept the Sabbath in the gospels. The disciples called Jesus rabbi, because they acknowledged he was a teacher of their faith. Jesus cannot be the prophesied fulfillment of God’s promises without those promises being made before he was born.

Talmudic Judaism is YOUNGER than Christianity, and was developed as a post-temple oppositional RESPONSE to Christianity. A religion which explicitly opposes Christ could not possibly be foundational to Christianity. This is nonsense.

Today, my family went on a family trip to Flagstaff. We walked into a quaint sandwich shop, and a young woman approached to take our order. She was wearing a sports bra and crack-sucking leggings. Are you not ashamed to be wearing that in public?” So, when I got home, I wrote the owner. This won’t change until we make it change. Make sin shameful again. Remember, shame pushes people to see their need for forgiveness—in Christ.

@Lilith_Atheist He's probably not wrong about many of them. You cannot hold disdain or hate for those Jesus died for and still believe you're following him. Just because you believe he died for your sins doesn't mean he wouldn't rebuke you for acting like a Pharisee.

@JungleBocan @scrappyone76 So if we apply God’s Mosaic law to this topic since that’s where this started, crossing borders was NOT a crime against God’s commands but assault was. This law was based on eye for an eye, so I do hope for mercy that they not be beaten as they did to others.

Entering the country illegally is a crime, which means it deserves punishment and one of those punishments is deportation. You want ppl punished for crime then that’s what is happening to illegals
