Not entirely sure as I've never understood foot fetishes. Generally they tend to fetishize urine and faeces in my experience.
However if you look into the (extremely abusive) jewish side of the BDSM world you'll see how they act/think (e.g., NXIVM's main people were jewesses).

There's a difference, which is why one gender is prone to be more into one thing than the other is, and vice versa. Basically just biology and chemistry. Although seen as a taboo, it is, surprisingly, quite frequent

Moreover, why do foot fetishists almost exclusively want to "give" and have no interest in anybody doing anything to their own feet? It's more likely that FFs develop in childhood.
