With all due respect we are all in a situation whereby the well being and mental health is paramount importance and should be focus alongside day to day learning. Does this mean that your not taking the wellbeing and mental health of your learners as a priority at this time?

@shi_hospitality It is important for L&D professionals to be creative and preserve their budgets and their influence by supporting businesses they work in. Surely cost saving is not a bad thing if it still produces the same outcomes? Confused by the offtopic of mentioning mental health etc..

@SimovicJo Cost saving does not have to play a part in L&D and right now that's the last thing that should be done. Mental Health, Wellbeing & Welfare is crucial.

Creativity and cost saving in L&D strategies is the key to make them viable!
