These follow on effects are well known and totally predictable. They could easily be anticipated and incorporated into an integrated proposal. Let's not confuse the emotional feel goods of "we move fast" with pushing forward on every good-enough proposal that is placed in front of us. One behaves differently at $100B than $1B - one must. Especially when you're building infrastructure for internet capital markets.
