California liquor store employee gets jumped by a mob of teens before pulling out a handgun, sending the wild mob scurrying. The incident happened outside of Golden Hours Liquor in Oakland, California. The employee got in a verbal spat with the thugs before he was jumped and assaulted. In an effort to save his life, the employee was able to make it inside the doorway of the store before he pulled out a gun which he pointed at the teens, sending them scurrying. Oakland police say no one was shot and nobody was arrested.

Flat taxes provide the same benefit to all income levels. You're operating under the premise that wealthy should pay more just because they earn more. That premise brings into question the ownership of the wealth. Under our form of government wealth belongs to the owner of said wealth. Leftists think differently, they believe all wealth belongs to the State and they determine how much of your wealth you can keep. This Leftist ideology has been implemented before in Communist countries like the USSR. It is destined to fail because it runs contrary to human nature. Humans will not work hard if there's no incentive to do so. It's human nature. Here's where everyone throws out China as an example; and I counter with Margaret Thatcher: "The problem with Socialism is eventually you run out of other people's money." China is spending money injected from Western companies. The minute that dries up China will collapse. It's why Trump's tariffs scared the Chinese government so.
